Is my data really free?
Yes. Your personal Medical Passport is $0/month. Caregiver and provider access are optional paid plans.
What counts as a 'source' for auto-import?
A source can be a pharmacy, doctor's office, insurer, portal, or phone health app. The preview helps track sources; direct import works only when a supported connection and consent flow are available.
Can I manage my mom and my kids on one account?
A named adult can invite and revoke another named adult caregiver. Child, dependent, guardian, and proxy-authority workflows are not offered.
What does the Provider plan include?
Provider access is $49/month for one provider account. It supports patient-directed encrypted shares; clinic staff seats, messaging, and EHR integrations are not included yet.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We do not sell your medical information, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising. Early-access account data is stored only to run your passport and sharing features.
